When it’s real, it leaves a signature. ✍🏽🏀

My goal is always to teach what works in the game, then what is gonna make the player different than the avg player, and also how can we keep getting better. It’s to take the things I learned, lived and had success with as a player, teach those details at a young age, and help each player build on that foundation with their own gifts.

Different sizes. Different athletic abilities. Different personalities. Different paths.

But when multiple players master the same details—and years later those same habits, footwork, timing and tendencies continue to show up in their games—that’s not coincidence. I always seem to leave my mark that always shows up on film, or in real time a parent or a coach or someone who knows , knows that those specific players have been taught specific things. I leave my stamp!

That’s a signature. 💯🙏🏽

Today, I celebrate more than a graduation, I celebrate years of sacrifice, commitment, and faith. Proud of you, Semaj. High school is complete, and now it’s on to the University of Montana to pursue your dreams on the court and in the classroom. Grizz Nation, take good care of my boy. The journey continues. #ProudDad #GrizNation #SemajCarter

Big shoutout to our very own Semaj for taking over the Inland Empire All-Star Game! Not only did he represent for the Cali Rebels family, but he walked away with the MVP hardware! 🏅🔥
