Exploring movement allows us to collect internal data, that’s changing every day 🍃

learning your patterns, honoring your cycles, and refining your intuition.

Your body shifts like the tide 🌊

and when you meet it where it is with grace and curiosity, you’ll find your flow state of being.

The Pilates method has become my favorite expression of truly holistic, mind-body movement

an experience that goes far beyond the physical.

Words can hardly do justice to the healing that has unfolded within my body and soul
through time spent on these beautifully, intelligently designed apparatuses.

I’m endlessly grateful for the teachers who have guided me from all walks of life, each offering their own wisdom through movement.

And the Lolita San Miguel lineage. Whose teachings helped me come home to myself, take back control of my own inner landscape and body. Now allowing me to share what I’ve learned with anyone who will share with me a little bit of their time and focus.

The most powerful way to learn… is to live.
To live fully, freely, and with gratitude woven into every moment.

So grateful for this fun & creative shoot with the so very talented 📷@_malcolmlittle & HMU@samgaymakeup

If there is one thing we love, it’s watching how everyone gets creative utilizing The Loft.

From naturally-lit shots between the skylight and windows, to crafted strobe setups, the work done is visually stunning. Check each photo for each of these talented artists and follow them.
