Dear Philosophers,

We hope you’re settling into and enjoying your summer breaks! As with every break, our board members have put together (an extensive!) list of reading recommendations to stave off boredom and keep you inspired for these next few months (see our linktree). There are several dozen works–recommended by both our new ‘23-’24 board members and graduating seniors–that span from philosophy to science fiction to modernist literature to poetry, and so on, so be sure to check it out because there’s definitely something that’ll appeal to your tastes.

Additionally, for those of you who are in Chicago, we are planning on organizing some in-person meetups throughout the summer, possibly at the Art Institute & Millennium Park! This is dependent on member interest, and we’ll have more details out on our Discord so be sure to check there if you’re in the area and would like to come out.

Have a great summer, we look forward to seeing everyone at the meetings next semester!

best,
pst
