What a weekend in LA at @createcultivate !! 🤍

I had the best few days in LA celebrating female entrepreneurship with so many of my little besties, being reunited with so many of my favourite people, listening to incredible speakers, thinking bigger AND celebrating the vision that my girls @marinaamiddleton & @jaclynrjohnson have brought to life.

Also, 22 weeks pregnant and just out here doing the thing 🤣

4000 entrepreneurial women. Amazing things are happening and they are JUST beginning 👯‍♀️🚀

And I loved the synchronicities in my conversation with @jocepepe - she is doing so much for the advancement of women’s health with her Leni platform.

Hearing these women’s stories reminds me of what is possible in our world.

Here’s to 6 months of the @favouriteselfpodcast(!!) 🎙️

Six months of honest conversations, incredible guests, and stories that remind us what’s possible when we give ourselves permission to become more fully who we are.

At the end of every interview, I ask each guest the same question:

“How would you describe who your favourite self is in this season?”

And somehow, every answer feels different…and also deeply connected.

She is present.

She knows her priorities and lives in alignment with them.

She shows up authentically, regardless of how she might be received.

She is adventurous, spontaneous and unapologetically herself.

She makes space for her family and her dreams.

She moves through life as though the possibilities are endless.

These women—and the stories they’ve so generously shared—have become proof of possibility in so many different forms.

Proof that you can come home to yourself.

That you can change, grow, and want more.

That you can build the business, raise the family, pursue the dream and define success for yourself.

That there is no single way to become your favourite self.

I’m so grateful to every guest who has trusted me with her story, and to every person who has listened, shared an episode or seen a piece of herself in these conversations.

Six months in, and I feel like we’re just getting started.

Oakville, what a day! 🤍

This past weekend we hosted our very first High Vibe Brunch in Oakville, and we couldn’t have asked for a better morning at Ce Soir Brasserie + Bar.
