2024 was a big year for me. I was finally cancer free and went into remission. I learned so much about myself and who I was becoming.

I finally got braids for the first time, and I will never forget that feeling. It was so fucking liberating. I got the itch for another tattoo and decided to get one to celebrate everything I had been through over the past 1–2 years.

It was my baby’s first time on the East Coast, and we made so many memories there. More raves, more traveling, more experiences, and more moments where I genuinely felt like I was living again.

But most importantly, I’m extremely grateful for my friends and my boo who stood by me through all of it. They were there when I needed them the most, especially during the moments when I didn’t know if I could keep going. When I was exhausted from fighting, they loved me, held me down, and reminded me that I didn’t have to carry everything alone.

I ended the year with a bang. After everything I had been through, 2024 gave me a chance to live, experience, explore, love, and find more of myself along the way.

Extremely grateful for everything ❤️‍🔥

for the ones who doesn’t know yet, i adopted a dog! her name is luma and yes, she’s a pure breed aussie! she just turned 7 months a few days ago.

for the ones who knows, i used to have a dog growing up till she passed away almost 2 years ago. i needed time to grieve and focus on myself but i knew at some point, i would want to get a dog later on once i moved out. hence, luma was in need for a new home since her previous family was moving across the country due to military reasons. when i saw pictures of her, i fell in love and met her virtually on facetime. i knew it was meant to be so i just picked her up last wednesday! here’s to many years of adventures, i love you my new best furry friend 🧡
