✨ Your practice is better when you mix it up.

At Pure, every class has something different to offer, and they all work together to help you feel your best.

🔥 Flow to build heat, find your rhythm and move with your breath.
💪 Sculpt to build strength, stability and confidence.
🤍 Pilates & Core to strengthen your centre and support the way you move.
🌊 Fluid Flow to explore movement, balance and connection.
🕯️ Candlelit Yin to slow down, release tension and give your body the space to restore.

Challengers let this be your reminder that there are so many ways to show up for yourself this month.

Keep exploring, keep moving, and enjoy every part of the journey. 🤍

Happy Birthday to our beautiful Angela! ✨

A woman whose strength, determination, and heart inspire us every day.

You are a force in every sense of the word. Powerful, resilient, endlessly hardworking, and never afraid to turn a dream into something real. But what makes you so special is the kindness, generosity, and love you carry alongside that strength.

The Archive Collective wouldn’t be what it is without you. We are so lucky to have your vision, your passion, and your incredible spirit at the heart of this space.

Here’s to celebrating the remarkable woman you are and all that is still to come.

We love you, Ang! ✨

8 days in and you’re already building something. ✨

Every class is a little more strength.
A little more energy.
A little more connection to yourself.

Persistence gets you there. Consistency makes it happen. ✨ #yogachallenge #yoga #yycyoga

We spend years learning how to move…

And then, slowly, we begin to recognize ourselves within it.

Everyone starts somewhere✨

Every established teacher, choreographer and performer was once given their first opportunity to lead.

At Excel, we’re proud to create space for both established industry leaders and emerging professionals to share their knowledge, inspire dancers and continue growing themselves.

When we open doors for the next generation, our entire dance community grows💜⭐️

You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to be strong.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to show up.

Our Pure Fall Challenge is your invitation to make movement, connection and a little time for yourself part of your October.

21 classes. 31 days. October 1–31.

Come for the challenge.
Stay for the way you feel.

Are you in? 🖤

Hello and goodbye to summer 2026. It seems like every year summer just gets a bit shorter

It was a summer filled with farming(though not pictured here much), friends, family, adventure, and let’s not forget the motorcycles. Thanks to all the people that made it special
