Building Marbella | Part 2: Pura Vida

Literally, Pura Vida means
“pure life.”

But it’s more than that —
it’s a way of living.

Living simply.
Appreciating what you have.
Staying present, relaxed, and open to life as it comes.

In everyday life, it becomes something even bigger.

A greeting.
A goodbye.
A thank you.
A reminder that life is good.
That everything is okay.
No worries.

A way of seeing the world.

What does it mean to you?

Not just a place—
but a feeling.

Space to breathe.
Room to slow down.
A life that moves with nature, not against it.

This is Marbella.

✨ Follow along as we show you what life here really feels like—and how you can be part of it.

BUILDING MARBELLA | OUR STORY

We came to Marbella looking for a place to invest.
What we found became our life.

A little surf town on the Guanacaste coast of Costa Rica where the jungle meets the ocean, life moves slower, and Pura Vida still feels real.

Over the years, we’ve built a life here around the things we love🩵surfing, family, community, good food, beautiful places to stay, and helping other people find their own piece of Marbella.

Today, that has grown into our little Marbella ecosystem: places to stay, the Tiki Hut by the beach, real estate and land, and the lifestyle that connects it all.

This page is about more than selling property. It’s about sharing Marbella — how we found it, why we stayed, what we’re building, and the people and places that make it special.
