✨YOUNG CREATION AWARD ✨

During last year's Prix de Lausanne, we sat down with the young choreographers selected for the Young Creation Award 2026. They opened up about what really drives them: the first spark, the struggles of creating, the stories they need to tell, the emotions they want to ignite on stage.

For seven years, the YCA has been the springboard for boundary-pushing choreographers to make their mark. We're proud to keep backing these fresh artistic voices and putting tomorrow's dance generations in the spotlight.

⏳ YCA 2027 submissions open TODAY: October 15, 12:00 PM (Swiss time).

What will this new chapter bring? We can't wait to find out 🤸🏽

In the meantime, meet one of our 2026 finalists, Max Cowan (Ireland), and stay tuned: more videos are coming soon!

✨🇨🇭Memories from Prix De Lausanne Summer Intensive🇨🇭✨

A week of great training, thoughtful coaching, and good company.

The Prix de Lausanne Summer Intensive brought together outstanding ballet and contemporary teachers, dancers from all over the world, and an environment that made it easy to stay curious, keep working, and enjoy the process. I’m leaving with plenty to think about, new friendships, and a lot of appreciation for everyone who made it such a rewarding experience.

Thank you to the faculty @southlandballetacademy for the preparation that made this summer so valuable. Special thanks to the irreplaceable Ms. Salwa, for her unwavering kindness and expertise, Ms. Megan for her unmatched attention to details, and Ms. Jade for her endless patience.

Finally, congratulations to @ninaros_dance , @ballerina_megan_ , and @hana.takahashi_ballet on getting preselected! Can’t wait to watch you dance in February! 🎉
