Happy 18th Birthday, Max! 🎉🎂 🐀 ❤️

You came into the world with a beautiful intensity, a fierce stare that turned into the most honest laugh and smiles. You have always been 100% YOU, full of imagination, curiosity and big dreams. Watching you become the exceptional young man you are is my life's great pride and joy. I am so honored to be your mother, and to have been with you every step of the way as you have grown into the bigger version of who you've always been.

Keep playing, dreaming, learning and loving, and always do what makes your heart sing. Thanks for making me a Mom, I love you 3000. Stay gold, Maxxi boy.

I've been lucky enough to catch two of these on camera. The Citreoline Trogon (Trogon citreolus) is a beautiful bird endemic to the pacific side of Mexico, this one in specific was very vocal!

Caught this Elegant Trogon in couple of spots today, here in Mexico they are dubbed the Pájaro Bandera or flag bird due to their resemblance to the Mexican flag 🇲🇽 Super cool bird!

Always pumped for a live @losgatosnegrossayulita show -- MAÑANA / FRIDAY MAY 22-- and this one is an extra special milestone as our son Maximo is officially part of the band and playing his first full live show!

Max was just 2 yrs old when we started the band, and now 15 years later, what a dream and honor it is to have him join us on stage. Don't miss it! Friday night, May 22 at @bardonpatosayulita.
