“The comfort zone is a beautiful place - but nothing ever grows there.”

- Dwayne “The 🪨” Johnson

Sometimes the biggest limiter to our success is not what we think it is…

Comfort has killed more dreams than failure ever could

We get a little bit of progress and think we don’t have to work hard anymore

We make the team we tried out for and think there’s nothing left to prove

We hit a big milestone and think we’ve accomplished everything we’ve wanted in life and can stop trying to improve

We got that D1 offer and think the works all done, we’ve “made it”

The biggest winners in life know that if you aren’t continuously improving, you’re falling behind. Every milestone hit is just a pit stop on our way to the next achievement, accomplishment, and goal

Be grateful and proud of what you’ve accomplished and where you are, but never be satisfied

Don’t look for the easy way

On the road to success too many people want to skip the hard part, the work, the hours that don’t go noticed, the sacrifices that don’t get validated

The hard part is where everything valuable comes from

The skills

The confidence

The vision

The toughness

The understanding

Everything valuable in life will come from or be developed by the hard parts of the journey

You shouldn’t want anything fast and easy

Start being grateful for the fruit that the hard times produce and value the journey for what you’re gaining
