When the oldest is heading off to college in less than a month and organizes a “Girl’s Day”, you say “Yes!”
We got our hair done by @made_bymallory (She’s so talented!)
Headed over to @newhollandbrew for pinwheels and lunch.
And finished the date visiting Marquette Basketball Coach @coachshakasmart autograph on my alma mater’s flag at @thehollandpeanutstore (and of course picked up some treats for the drive home)
A quintessentially Holland day with my favorite daughters!

COLLEGE WRESTLING SIGNEES – WRTC CLASS OF 2026

The WRTC Class of 2026 will be missed…
•State Champions - 1
•State Medals - 23
•State Qualifications - 39
•Fargo All-Americans - 3
•U17 All-Americans - 1
•NHSCA All-Americans - 2

This graduating class is taking many different paths. Some will continue competing in other collegiate sports, some are heading to college as students, and others are entering the workforce. We are proud of every one of them, and we know they are better prepared for whatever comes next because they wrestled.

Every class that comes through our program leaves its mark, and this group is no exception. We’re especially proud of the 16 athletes who have earned the opportunity to continue wrestling at the collegiate level.

Congratulations on your commitment to the next chapter. We can’t wait to watch your careers unfold, and we look forward to welcoming you back into the Warrior RTC room whenever you’re home, especially during the summer months.

Freshman Orientation for our oldest! ✅
I think one of the biggest blessings today was to see Melodie in her new world, meet her roommate and be fully confident that she’s going to be exactly where God wants her.

Proud of you always, Melodie. But also just so excited for the future you’re walking into!
Go Gons! Go Tiffin Women’s Wrestling!

Graduation season has wrapped up for us, and I’m so grateful.
Hosted her Grad Party at a park and the rain let up just in time for us to set up and get things going.
So wonderful to see coaches, friends and family (and the flag football team she coached!) come and celebrate with us. Thank you everyone who was able to come and even just send a kind text today. You made this such a sweet closure to high school.

Melodie, Dad and I are so proud of you. It’s such a gift to be able to have you graduate and just be excited for the future ahead. You’re making great choices, have a great plan, great friends and a bright future ahead.
Praying for you always and proud beyond measure.
