🗽🗽💌👁️👁️Never forget, the love, the strength and the resilience of the people in New York City, NYC forever. 🧱🕊️🪽✨

We rounded up a few New York artists to show some of the culture we all love and respect. 💯🪐💌

I walked with a film camera for the past few months and captured some beautiful moments along the way. 📸

From Machu Picchu in Peru, to Orchard Beach in the Bronx, this is life lately!

Today reminded me why I wrote this book.

I had conversations with people from every walk of life—my former sociology professor, old black belts, women looking for a new challenge, former heads of security, college professors, future Border Patrol and police officers, university board chairs, parents, and readers simply looking for something meaningful.

Different backgrounds. Different careers. One conversation: how discipline, purpose, and martial arts principles can make us better people.

The best part? My daughter was by my side the entire time, taking photos and videos, watching, learning, and seeing firsthand what it looks like to build something with consistency over time.

The day didn’t end with the book signing. It ended the way most of my days do—back on the mat teaching my 5:30 class leading and growing my community.

That’s what Moving Meditation is really about.

You don’t just write your message.
You live it.

Thank you to everyone who came out, talked with me, bought a book, or simply stopped to say hello. Your support means more than you know.
