Emo post incoming 😅: A week and a half ago, I finally got to see a clearer picture of my future right in front of me. Performing for 800 people, graduating from @academyofdjs, becoming an artist in my own way, and finally letting my creativity flourish within music was not something I ever thought I could let myself do. And yet, I found purpose. And it’s because the people I now look up to took a chance on me while I was taking what felt like the scariest leap of faith.

But I knew if given the chance, I couldn’t let it go. I, along with my szn18 family, poured my soul into this craft. Starting from 0, dedicating everything I could give, and diving head first into a world I didn’t know had space for me was, is, and will always be an experience I hold close to my heart. I got to debut as Vie, and perform a curated set of music that I felt best honored who I was, who came before me, and who I play for. I take pride in that. And to have a room full of strangers rock with me on that journey was pure utopia.

I’m grateful. To be a student, to be creative, to finish what I started…and to do it all with people who held my hand, who cried with me, laughed with me, danced with me, and grew with me is never taken for granted. To @academyofdjs, @dhocreates, @bbbi.tm, @jasper.bilo, @_mil0__, and the szn18 squad, I thank yall from the bottom of my heart.

AND TO EVERYONE WHO CAME OUT, I LOVE U TO THE MOON AND BACK! 🤞🏼💕 ITS JUST THE START BABYYYYYYY

as my birthday month wraps up, i wanted to take some time to reflect on 32 years of existence. each year passes faster than the year before, and I’ll be damned if I let time simply pass me by. turns out whimsymaxxing and being delulu really works wonders for the soul, and I’m looking forward to another year of staying borderline insane.

thank you to everyone for making this little life so fun and thank you 2x to @yeong.music for dealing with my multiple personalities on a daily basis (and taking and editing most of my pictures and videos!)

celebrating my birthday one last time this Friday at Heat if you aren’t already sick of me 🤪

LETS RUN IT BACKKKK
