Open your window on a Thursday morning, as k-tsvit (tsvit - blossom from Ukrainian) lights a spark in your heart, monthly 10-12 CEST.
Katya Vavrynchuk aka k-tsvit is a tender garden: dj, cultural producer/oganizer, sex talker, political activist, and dancer. Hosting a morning show for her is a devotion to set the mood for the day, bringing up a versatile selection of sounds and various music lovers as her guests. With the chatroom chit-chats as the baseline, k-tsvit’s music choices deviate seasonally and emotionally, flowing naturally as life unfolds.

Uruz screening became real!🌟

What an evening with so many great friends, artists, hosts, and the love of you all!

It was a pleasure to share with you the dreamy documentation of my journey to the Nordic countries and to celebrate together.

Special thanks to @vivianedominique and the whole @uh4rd collective for giving space to my ideas and being the best hosts I could imagine! So much help and organization without even asking for it — just crazy. Big big love!

Second, to the artists of the evening who took us on another journey through their sounds and tracks. To David, Mariia, Noé, and Fab — thank you, you are all so special in your own ways!

And third, to my friends for being there for me and helping out with everything. There isn’t a better feeling than having people around you who accept you as you are. So overwhelmed with the love. Merci Merci Merci!❤️

Unfortunately, not all costs were covered because I wanted the event to be free. Anyhow, I was able to sell some of my framed analogue photos from the trip. I will donate that money to the Union of Agricultural Work Committee of Palestine:
https://uawc-pal.org

Once I figure out the copyright issues with the soundtracks used in the film, I’ll be able to upload it online. Thanks for your patience — I’ll let you know! If that’s not possible, I’ll have to set up another screening soon! :)

Enjoy some shots of the night.

After co-running dreamchannel and releasing music under his mirrorange alias, Soil is now moving new ways under a new name. As a DJ he sets out to explore his deep love for crooked rhythms. Throughout the last few years, rhythm and dancing have become therapeutically important in soils life. Behind the decks he drifts back and forth between bass-boosted dub swingers and razor sharp rhythms, often carried by a nostalgic emotional dynamic throughout the set ✨

As a producer, he is experimenting in the overlaps of dance music, pop, rnb, experimental and indie influences. Styles and approaches that informed his way of listening and thinking music as they infuenced his personality in great ways. In the project soil, he found a fitting output to bring these streams together
