Martial Arts brings people together but you get to choose to stay in touch as life changes. Was unreal to catch up with @ricki_holt today at the gym.

Been a while between drinks but we left our mark on each other 😂

A year has officially past since becoming a member at @basetrainingcentre and starting my own Jiujitsu journey

Coming from dance rewiring patterns and techniques often leave me confused but always persistent.

I can’t thank my coaches enough for their guidance and support. The mates I’ve made and the opportunities garnered from this sport and community is a testament to Base and it’s ethos. ♥️

So enjoy this two part collection of some of my favourite photos with some of the best people:

Three stripes down, with a lifetime to go.
🤍🔥🥋

No Australia home trip this year and anxious to think with all the restrictions on when the next one could be. Restricted expensive flights and a mandatory $3000 2 weeks hotel quarantine is a tough one. No international travel for Australians for a very long time it seems. The things an expat like me gets to think and worry about. 7204.7 miles away. Will miss waking up to the sun rise over the beach in surfers this year with my favs. 😢🇦🇺❤️
