My first yoga class… and WOW!!!🤯 🥹🤍

I was so overwhelmed walking in. Honestly, I was intimidated, nervous, and somehow… it unintentionally became a HOT yoga class. 😂🔥💪🏽We were ALL sweating!😅

But the moment I looked around the room, I felt nothing but love and support.

To everyone who showed up, encouraged me, smiled at me, and gave me grace while I found my rhythm… thank you. 🙏🏽 Your openness and kindness gave me so much more confidence than you probably realize.

Everyone told me they enjoyed the class, and hearing that meant the world to me. 🥹

Do I still need to work on my cues? ABSOLUTELY. 😅😂 But that’s the beauty of growth. Every class is another opportunity to learn, grow, and become a better teacher.

3 years ago, I never would’ve imagined I’d be standing in front of a full room teaching yoga.😭🙏🏽

Today, I did it! 💪🏽🫶🏽

To everyone who came out and trusted me with your practice ,thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, your laughter, and your energy. You made my very first class one I’ll never forget.

Here’s to the first of many. ✨🤍🕉️🧘🏽‍♀️🫶🏽🪬

Throwback to our ElCo soccer days, where I got to know one of my best friends! I’m so glad you came to try out, even though I didn’t remember you being that one cashier at Old Navy who I talked to about playing 😂
I love you dearly and am so thankful for our friendship, even three years later! Happy birthday crazy and I’ll see yah later to celebrate 🎉💕
