225 lbs. — the heaviest I’d ever been, and one of the darkest seasons of my life.
I was severely depressed, disconnected from myself, and convinced I needed to change before I could love who I was.

This past year changed that.

I got below 200 lbs.
I started two businesses.
I found myself again.
I learned to let go.
I learned to love the journey.
And most importantly, I learned that I am enough.

The biggest transformation wasn’t the weight I lost. It was the relationship I built with myself.

I stopped trying to hate myself into becoming someone I was proud of.

I chose myself, exactly where I was.

And this is just the beginning. 🤍

Shout out to my trainer @_mommasboy11

10 YEARS! A whole decade of being stuck with these boys… boy does time fly!

We talk a lot of shit, but y’all are truly my brothers. Brothers through the good and the bad. Through whatever bullshit was coming from the outside. Brothers through birthdays, baby showers, bachelor parties, and weddings. All 9 of us, still 10 toes down. I love y’all boys, 4L! ♾️💜🐶

TLDR: “THEY COULD NEVER MAKE ME HATE Y’ALL!” 😂

Stay Consistent in the Gym: It Will All Work Out/Trainer: @_mommasboy11

Building the body you want takes time, dedication, and, most importantly, consistency. It’s easy to get discouraged when progress feels slow, but remember, every rep, every drop of sweat, and every early morning is a step closer to your goal. The key is to keep showing up, even on the days when you don’t feel like it.

Consistency in the gym isn’t just about hitting your workouts; it’s about committing to a lifestyle that prioritizes your health and well-being. The results might not come overnight, but with persistence, you’ll see the transformation.

Stay the course, trust the process, and remember that every workout is an investment in your future self. Keep pushing, and it will all work out. #workout #gym #gymbae #consistency #fitness #health #showupshowoff #fy #motivation #girlswholift
