We came together with @neev.au for World Mental Health Day: a morning of Barre, collagen and connection with the most beautiful community of women. This is what we love to do most: use our space to bring the community together. Moving your body, getting out of the house, seeing familiar faces and feeling like you’re part of something can make such a difference. It’s why we believe we’re not just selling Pilates and Barre. World Mental Health Day 🤍 A reminder that wellness starts with the little things we do every day. It felt particularly meaningful to host our NEE-V wellness event at Balance Moves in Bondi on World Mental Health Day. In my speech, I spoke about something I believe deeply, both personally and as the founder of NEE-V. Looking after ourselves isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about the small, consistent habits we build into our everyday lives. Moving our bodies, nourishing ourselves, getting enough rest, making time for the people we love and finding moments to slow down. These simple daily rituals can make such a difference to how we feel, both physically and mentally. It’s also the philosophy behind NEE-V. I created the brand around the belief that healthy ageing and feeling good in our own skin should be supported by science, consistency and simple habits that fit into real life. For me, taking my daily collagen is one of those rituals. Not because collagen is a solution to everything, but because it’s a small, intentional way I choose to look after myself. Saturday was a beautiful reminder that wellness is also about connection. Bringing together an incredible group of women to move, laugh, share experiences and enjoy a little time for themselves was exactly what I’d hoped this event would be. Because looking after ourselves isn’t a luxury. It’s something we all deserve to make time for. Thank you to everyone who joined us. A room full of good energy, movement, meaningful connections and a whole lot of girl power. 🩷 For Mental Health Day, I brought a vision to life: through my PR agency, @beachhouse_agency, I designed and hosted a wellness morning for one of our clients, bringing together an incredible community. I organised every single detail, from the first idea to the last touch, and watching it come to life was so rewarding. A morning of barre, beautiful conversations and genuine connection at @balancemoves in Bondi Beach, with some of Australia’s most incredible journalists, media personalities and influential women. This is the part of my work I love most: bringing people together, connecting the right brands with the right communities, and turning an idea into something real. On a day dedicated to mental health, nothing feels more important than movement, connection and reminding each other that we’re never meant to do it all alone. 💗 Here’s to women supporting women.
