48 hours in New York 🗽

Broadway, catching up with @_moorejulie , way too many steps, and a little bit of NYC chaos in between.

Two days went by way too fast. Until next time, New York 🤍

Almost 17 years. I don’t think you can really put 17 years of love into words. He wasn’t just my dog. He was my little companion, my constant, and such a big part of my life.

Seventeen years is a lifetime of mornings, routines, cuddles, being greeted when you came home, knowing exactly where he would be, and all those tiny, ordinary moments that you don’t realize are so precious until they’re suddenly gone.

His little face, his personality, his presence in our home… I’m going to miss all of it more than I can even explain. The house feels a little different without him in it today.

I hope wherever he is now, he is young again and running through a big sunny field, ears up, tongue out, no pain, no tiredness, and just happy.

I hope he knows how very loved he was. ❤️

Almost 17 years with my sweet Grayson Cole will never be enough, but I will forever be grateful that I got to call him mine.

All dogs go to heaven. I truly believe that. 🌈

THANK YOU to all of the dancers who took my staging class this weekend at @exactitudedance!! ✨

They learned a combination Day 1 that was the base choreography. Day 2, within one hour - we staged it, played with spacing, timing, reversing sections, camera rotation, all the things on the spot! So proud of all of the dancers willingness and quick adaption in this class! Here is 2 of the many fabulous groups we had on camera today! ⭐️

Dancers, please message me and let me know if you’re in this video! Would love to tag you if I haven’t already! 🥰

25 years around the sun!!!!☀️🥹🎉. It’s always felt wild to me that my birthday falls during Cystic Fibrosis Awareness month.

When I was born, the life expectancy for someone with CF was 33 years old. Back then, the idea of playing a sport, let alone dancing professionally as an adult felt so far out of reach. To be here now, turning 25 and living the life I hoped and prayed for… it completely blows my mind.

I had no idea what my “quarter-life crisis” would look like, but I definitely never imagined it would look like gratitude this deep. Gratitude for my body. For dance. For the freedom to chase dreams, create memories, and build a life that younger Ali dreamt of, and that I hope older Ali will feel proud looking back on.

Thank you Jesus. Thank you to my people. And thank you to everyone who has loved, supported, encouraged, prayed for, danced with, and believed in me throughout this journey. I truly wouldn’t be who I am without it all. I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next, this year feels really special🤗♥️
