A post long overdue, but one that this chapter deserves…

For the last 6ish months, I’ve been reflecting on what closing this chapter has really meant. And honestly, the biggest things I gained from cheer had nothing to do with cheer itself.

I’ve learned that consistency matters more than motivation. That leadership isn’t necessarily a title. And that growth comes from trust, accepting feedback, and being willing to put in the work.

But the thing I’ve realized is that those lessons didn’t end because my cheer career did.

They’ve followed me into every new opportunity, challenge, and the beginning of my professional career… and I have a feeling they’ll continue to shape me for a long time.

Feeling so blessed and thankful for the people, the lessons, and these years that have formed this chapter of my life.

** p.s. My dad has waited years for this sentence:

I’m officially done flying.
