A few from yesterday, it was nice getting friends and family together to celebrate my mam's birthday no matter how long it's been since we've seen each other. The Birthday Queen definitely enjoyed the day

“Yma o Hyd!” Standing next people at Brighton Pride, then realise each one of you’re all Welsh!!! 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 😆

Anhygoel!!! None of us had planned it. We weren’t there together. We had just somehow found each other in the middle of Brighton Pride.

It made me think about how powerful that feeling of belonging can be — how sometimes you can feel connected to people you’ve never met simply because you share a part of who you are.

Pride has a way of bringing people together. And this weekend, it reminded me that sometimes… you just find your people. 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A tough game for our girls, but they played with so much heart.
Some lovely partnerships are starting to form, and there were real moments of magic across the court. ✨
Plenty to be proud of and lots to build on. 💗

POM – @jennasyoung 💗🛡️
A defensive standout game.
Turnovers, tips, and brilliant body-on marking — she completely took the GS out of the game.
Such a reliable presence in the circle and a huge part of the team’s momentum. 👏

Players’ Player – @charley.salvatore 💗🎯
Some gorgeous feeds into the circle.
The triangle with the shooters was seamless — calm, connected, and so effective. 👌
A very well‑deserved players’ player. 💗🙌

Not our day on the scoreboard, but the energy? Immaculate. ✨🔥
Onwards, upwards, Pinks. 💅💪

🏅 POM – @rubylocallaghan
Ruby was serving today. Smooth drives, sharp movement, and the confidence of someone who absolutely knows what she’s doing.
She flew into the circle with speed, linked beautifully with both Morgan and Rylee, and her shooting was calm, clean and downright lush.
A proper standout performance — clinical, classy and impossible to ignore. 💗🔥

🌟 Players’ Player – @charley.salvatore
Charley had a FULL stormer from the very first whistle.
As WD she was an absolute pest in the best way — hassling, hunting, and creating turnovers like she had magnets in her hands.
Shift her to WA and suddenly she’s dropping delicious feeds into the shooters, keeping the attack flowing and making it all look easy.
Work rate unreal. Impact everywhere. Confidence sky high.
A totally deserved Players’ Player. 🙌🏼💖🔥

Wow wow wow!!

What a game! This team just keeps getting better.
Week after week the connections are tightening, the confidence is growing, and the pink army is showing exactly what they’re made of.
The intensity, the hustle, the grit… every single player stepped up and delivered today.

🏅POM – @_morganshaw_ : an absolute stormer out there. Cool, calm, clinical. A shooting superstar with a 100% shooting percentage 🔥 You owned that circle.

🌟 Players’ Player – @nikki.danielss : everywhere at once and making it look effortless. Driving the ball through court, creating beautiful passages of play, and feeding the circle with precision. A key part of this win and a joy to watch.

So excited to see this team continue to grow, push boundaries, and bring the heat every single week 💗💪
