Spiritual Loc Presents Sunset Soul Sunday’s ☺️

Magical. ✨ yoga+ meditation + community + spiritual elevation + connecting to Mother Earth 🌍 ✨

we pulled #oracle cards, which definitely was spot on for each of us & the main theme was being grounded, which refers to the The Root Chakra. The Sanskrit name is #muladhara

The Root chakras refer to the balanced and aligned energy centers in the body, which can help promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When our chakras are balanced and grounded, we may feel more centered, calm, and connected to ourselves and the world around us.

Thank you to our team @allyyjo for grounding us with this warm up into our yoga + meditation. It was magical 🪄.

Our next event will be for all the Mother’s! Mother’s Day, Sunday May 12th 🌅✨💕
