At first we were freezing but those jackets came off once we got started! Thank you to miss @_movewithnina for sharing all your fun dance moves with us! We have to do this again soon🩷⚡️✨💪🏽 #becauseshecan

✨💞1 month of walking with some of the sweetest strongest ladies! I love meeting everyone & being able to connect everyone! We had a BLAST tonight! Kicked off with an exercise bingo game, jumping jacks 🤸🏽‍♀️ and squats all the things. Worked up a sweat & got 1.35 miles in! Shoutout to @_movewithnina for bringing me PINK FLOWERS 🌺 What an angel! I am so blessed to be able to do this with you guys! #becauseshecan

Turns out, joining a walking club was also me making room for new friendships. 🥹

A little fresh air, a little girl talk & plans I’m actually excited to get out of bed for. More mornings with the girls, please. 🎀

Would you join a walking club to meet new friends? 👟
