Stop acting shocked when flawed people do human things! 🛑🧠

As a high-level operator, you should never reach a point where someone's actions leave you completely destroyed or overly hurt. You have to simply expect human beings to do human stuff. When an unexpected betrayal happens, you take a brief pause, acknowledge you didn't see it coming, and keep moving forward. Instead of bitterly judging them or permanently labeling them a terrible person, realize it was likely just your own lapse in judgment or God intentionally revealing their true character to you.

Even if you have been in a committed partnership for decades and thought they were perfectly faithful, nothing they do should ever truly shock you. You must be highly cautious with your boundaries and never lay your heart out where people can easily set you up or hurt you. The reality is that you are navigating an inherently evil world, so you have to move deliberately. Stop holding flawed people to impossible standards, put your trust entirely in God, and just let Him do His work. 📈

And through it all, the number 3 continued to appear. What once felt like a coincidence now feels like confirmation that God had already gone before us, ordering our steps and aligning every detail in His perfect timing.

Three years of marriage. A love refined through every season. A faith strengthened by what we’ve walked through. And now, the answered prayer that made our family complete. 🤍

Your vision and culture is passed down directly to your chiefs, and you let them know exactly how you want the business to be run. From there, they go down, hire the right managers, and have those managers run that culture on a daily basis. 📈

Stop using your money just to pay bills! 🛑💸

The mindset that money is strictly meant to pay bills is exactly what is crippling the majority of you guys. You have to realize that the main purpose of money is to simply make more money. If you owe a bank $30,000 and suddenly get access to $100,000, your first thought should not be to immediately pay the bank back just so you can have $70,000 left over.

Instead, you need to think about what investment you can make with that $100,000 that will consistently get you $3,000 to $5,000 back. If your monthly interest on that initial $30,000 is only $800, you can just take the profit out of your new investment to easily pay off that monthly debt.

Our ultimate goal always needs to be figuring out how we can get into more debt in order to make more money. It is never about being afraid to owe someone or worrying about paying it back. You should actively want to owe as many people as possible so you can leverage their capital to build your own wealth. 📈

Fear and the spirit of fear is exactly what cripples and literally paralyzes most human beings. It is always the fear of "what if this doesn't work?" or "what if that doesn't work?". But you have to ask yourself, what if it actually does work?

Even if a bank has to take back $500,000, you are now able to get access to another $500,000 because you have more ideas on exactly what not to do since you have already failed. The truth is that most of these big-shot billionaires and millionaires have actually had bankruptcies.

This is exactly why it is so important to start a business. If your LLC goes into bankruptcy, guess what? You didn't go into bankruptcy, the business did. That business failed, but you never failed. You should never attach your personality and your mindset to a business as if the business failing means you failed as a person. You just automatically move on, ask what the next idea is, and figure out what next business you can invest in. 📈

If you have a high-ticket client, they have already put in the work and completely understand the true value of an investment. By the time they come to buy the specific service you are providing, they have made sure they can actually afford it, and they are not going to lose any sleep over it.

Compare that to a person who uses their absolute last $50 or $100. They will drive you bananas complaining that they haven't gotten any results yet. You might get irritated at the client, but in reality, it is completely your own fault for even welcoming that type of energy into your business in the first place.

I highly suggest that you become so great at what you do that you are fully confident in charging a high-ticket price. The harsh truth is that low-ticket clients are always the ones that will drive you nuts. 📈

Stop expecting microwave success in your life! 🛑⏳

We currently live in a world where people constantly want the microwave effect—they completely expect instant success in life. People will literally mess up their credit for ten straight years and then fully expect that you will be able to fix it in just two days.

They will spend their entire life having a terrible mindset regarding exactly how money works, and then think a mentor will just come along and instantly fix their whole financial situation simply because they paid them. That is just not how reality works.

Everything comes down to delayed gratification, and that absolutely takes time. Even God took His time to perfectly create the entire universe. It is going to take real time for us to be able to actually help you get to your final destination. 📈
