Saturday Mornings have been busy for the S&S crew lately. We started our monthly run off with a 5k run or 2 mile walk option the weather was beautiful, the vibes were great and our girlies did amazing! 🩷🧡💅🏽 📸 @kiskandidshots

Despite the rain, our girls showed up and took on the Irving Oktoberfest 5K, 10K and Half Marathon! This Medal Monday, we’re celebrating every mile, every finish line and two very special firsts.

A special congratulations to our Run Co-Captain, @drcruns for completing her very first half marathon! Thank you for being such an important part of this community and always encouraging our girls. 🩷🧡

We’re also celebrating @djones_10 , who crossed the finish line of her very first 5K! We are so proud of you both!

Rain and all, the Sweaty & Steady girls showed up and finished what they started. It’s a privilege to move your body and around here, no woman gets left behind.

Project Period

This was about so much more than collecting period products. It was about making sure girls in our community have access to the essentials they need to feel comfortable, confident, and prepared for their day.

And y’all SHOWED UP.

From every wishlist purchase and in person donation to every volunteer who gave their time to sort, pack, and prepare these care packages, thank you. we got to pour directly back into our girls.

Sweaty & Steady has always been about movement, but our impact is bigger than the miles we run.

We move together. We serve together. We pour back together.
