My Friend Dragged Me Out of My Couch Potato Era!

For months, working out and going to the gym have been the last things on my mind. Life has been LIFE-ING, and I’ve had so much on my plate! Then my homegirl @_munamay said, “Yinny, enough of being a couch potato! She invited me to her church’s fun workout session, Adventure Circle, and Suzzys, it was SO MUCH FUN! From workout games to all the laughter, it was such a good day. And of course, @zoe_healthy_sipp made sure we had enough healthy treats to keep us going.

Let’s see if I can find my way back to my fit lifestyle before the year ends.

Breakfast with the whole clan!

Over 35 of us under one roof, and somehow there was still enough love, laughter, food, and space for everyone. We started with fresh fruits before getting into a proper Enugu breakfast of homemade okpa and pap. And then @zoe_healthy_sipp @_munamay came bearing Arabian tea, which was honestly so good.

There’s just something about a house filled with family. The noise, the conversations, the food, the laughter, it’s the kind of beautiful chaos you wish you could bottle up.
