We all know what it feels like to have a mind that just won’t switch off.

In this conversation, @adayinthelifeofpaula sits down with @_mutualmuse_ to talk about meditation, mindfulness and the often-overlooked art of simply being still.

What does meditation actually mean? Do you need to completely empty your mind? And how do you begin when your thoughts are constantly running?

Edd breaks it down in a simple, relatable way and shares practical insight into slowing down, becoming more present and making space to reconnect with yourself.

If you’ve ever thought, “I really need to switch off, but I don’t know how,” this conversation is for you.

THIS WEEKEND 🙌

Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra experience, created to help you slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself. 🥰

Eddy will gently guide you through a Yoga Nidra journey focused on balancing and realigning the seven energy centres, helping to restore a natural sense of integration and harmony throughout your system.

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep conscious relaxation that brings the body and mind into a state of profound rest while allowing you to remain gently aware.

The seven energy centres can be understood as energetic hubs within the body, each connected to different glands, hormones, chemicals and networks of neurons. When these centres are brought into greater harmony, we support the body in returning to a state of coherence, helping to elevate your energy and create a deeper sense of whole-body wellbeing. ✨

As you surrender into deep rest, the soothing vibrations of the Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls, played by Kirstin, will accompany your journey, helping to release tension, shift stagnant energy and create space for your energy to flow more freely.

Together, Yoga Nidra and the healing vibrations of the Sound Bath offer an invitation to realign your energy and restore balance on every level — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. 💛

Tea will be provided afterwards. ✨
