It’s been nearly 2 years since I’ve last posted but since then we’ve been on a few adventures!
Chicago, Louisiana, and Texas!
Tucker is getting older and his grey is really starting to pop!
But all in all, Mylene, myself, and Tucker are doing great!

Myléne has been part of Club Pilates Holland since almost the very beginning. We’ve gotten to watch her grow right alongside this studio, and tomorrow she teaches her first class as a Club Pilates instructor. We couldn’t be more proud of her 💙

Reformers + mimosas + your favorite person 💕

This past weekend was such a fun one at CP Holland. Full classes, shared laughs, and a whole lot of love in the room.

Thank you for bringing your people and celebrating with us. We’re really lucky to have this community. 💙

☕️✨ Meet Myléne
A Zeeland native who danced at Universal Orlando Resort, Myléne now teaches dance locally and is currently in the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program!
When she's not in the studio, you'll find her with her black lab Tucker, reading a good book, thrifting for hidden gems, or enjoying a sweet treat while listening to Taylor Swift. 💕

365 days. Countless classes. One incredible community. 💙

A year ago, we opened our doors with a vision, and you all made it so much more than we ever imagined.

Thank you for trusting us with your mornings, your goals, and your sore muscles. 😅 Thank you for bringing your friends, your energy, and your realness to every class. This studio wouldn’t be what it is without YOU showing up, even on the hard days.

Here’s to year one and to everyone who made it unforgettable. 🙌

In celebration of Disney’s Freakier Friday and our Flip Your Friday classes, we want to thank everyone who attended and made our classes so special! Our community showed up not just for movement, but for meaning. From picking intention words to sharing transformation goals, the studio was filled with vulnerability, strength, and transformation. It’s moments like these that remind us why we move and why we move together. See Disney’s Freakier Friday, in theaters August 8th!
