When we coach acceleration, it's broken down into steps, not distance. The drive phase is about learning to cover more ground in fewer steps. When paired with drills that demand quick reactions and repeated accelerations, this becomes the ideal application for sport. Whether you play a court sport or field sport, the development of proper acceleration is a GAME CHANGER!

Acceleration is one of the most critical components in sports. The ability to move from point A to point B quickly and efficiently can be a game-changer. That’s why it remains a top priority (year-round) in our training protocols—and it consistently delivers results for our athletes.

Consistently run fast, jump with intent, and move weight with speed! Couple this with heavy loads and great things happen.
It Takes What It Takes 💯

Another strong week of Max Effort / Dynamic Effort work in the books! The training stimulus is second to none, and the nervous system adaptations are ridiculous! All athletes have shown exceptional commitment and energy over the past couple of weeks—effort levels have been through the roof!

Solid speed work with instant feedback from @ovrperformance with some of our college and high school athletes. They crushed the first week of our Summer Performance Camps!
