This was my very first time vending at an outdoor art show in Newark, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment I arrived until we packed up at midnight, everything was organized, professional, and full of incredible energy. The team behind this event truly created something special, and the vibe was unmatched.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth, supported my art, shopped, shared kind words, and made this such an unforgettable day. You reminded me why I love creating.

And to The Art Block… don’t worry. I’ll be back next year.

“This is not a vibe it’s a CULTURE, nigga”‼️ Happy Juneteenth to all of my fellow Indigenous Americans, descendants of the enslaved and the prisoners of war during the American Chattel Slavery Era. This day marks the 161st anniversary of the first breakthrough within the end of American Chattel Slavery for our ancestors, with the announcement of freedom for the slaves thru the Emancipation Proclamation on June 19th, 1865 in Galveston, TX. And throughout history time and time again, we have fought thru any opponent and obstacle and will continue to do so. I’m grateful to be black, for so many reasons 🥹. Beauty is only skin deep. Our skin alone is the beginning of the our revolt. But that spirit we possess as a people, as a CULTURE? Hell yeah. I want it EVERY LIFETIME. Happy Juneteenth ✊🏾❤️ #juneteenth

Our voices leave a print in the world. Something of us that stays long after we’re gone.

The way we speak, our tone, even our accent - it all reflects identity. But what comes out of our mouths reveals something deeper: 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲. 
Voice carries authority 🗣️ Not because of us, but because of the One who designed it. In Genesis, God spoke & created. In John 10:27, Jesus says His sheep know His voice. 
So wherever you find yourself: boardroom, living room, grocery aisle, panel, pulpit, the sidewalk - don’t shrink back from what He’s placed in you. Your voice isn’t random. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
