Yes, you can bring your baby.
You can bring a stroller, set up a playpen, breastfeed comfortably etc. I want my guests to feel at home while they are here. I am so fortunate to be able to watch my clients evolve and grow.
Plus I love meeting your little bundles of joy. 🥹❣️
Yes, you can also WFH while you’re here! Lots of my clients bring their laptops & work remotely while I do their hair. 💻🤗 I’m all about maximizing your time and handling your business. 💪🏽

Mommy makeover for @_niiki_ 🥰 featuring her sweet baby boy. ❣️

930a REFORMER...couple of late cancels so we had a trio...so proud of these ladies...they LOVE LEARNING🧠💪🧡 to me there are no basic, intermediate or advanced moves...they are just exercises...if you are healthy go for it...a little more each day...if you wait and wait until you think you can execute perfectly...well frankly you're missing a lot of the pure JOY that comes from learning and mastery...IMHO...

Look at these ladies yapping and laughing during push-ups! Omg😂 next time we do 20!! Friday's a.m. class was just magical for me...all of my studies with my different pilates teachers came together in an amazing FEEL GOOD FRIDAY workout! Thank you @blossompilatesus for teaching me Kathy Grant's work...the students say they just LOVE the green room😂😂😂, ty @brooke.b.tyler for the ever popular teaser with the towel, ty @matfit_nyc for teaching me how to use the legs well in Joe's matwork, ty @jean_claude_nelson for the rocking single leg stretch and to @pilatesandsports_cr although it's been a minute many of your ideas are present here...they just love the rolling to teaser to rocker to jackknife! I swear they said it was EASY!!! Yessssss it's alllll easy😁😁😁 felling grateful today for my pilates journey and for having an awesome studio where I get to share it with my community #TEAMBLAZE 🔥🔥🔥
