Thanks to everyone who came along to our Community Fun Day & Mural Launch yesterday. It was great to see so many people there supporting the club and getting involved.

A big thank you to everyone who helped organise the day, volunteered, and supported the event. we really appreciate it.

Here’s a few highlights from a brilliant day. 🥊🖤💛

Huge shoutout to all our CrossFit 13 members who took on Hyrox at Olympia over the past week 💪🔥

Whether it was your first, second, or third time stepping up to the challenge and whether you smashed a PB or just showed up and gave it everything, we couldn’t be prouder. Every single one of you put in an incredible effort !!

Special mention has to go to Ivan… who somehow decided that Hyrox wasn’t quite hard enough already and completed it in JEANS 😅👏 Taking “adding resistance” to a whole new level!

Nina Hughes has put it out there.
She’d come out of retirement to face Shannon Courtenay.

A fight that was scheduled in 2023 — but never happened.

👀 Do fans want to see this next?
🇬🇧 And if so… could this land on an MVP card in London?
