Happy 19th birthday to you my son! Noah seriously I have never known anyone else to go through so many looks and attitudes over the years as I have with you. From hair styles/colours and clothing styles! The amount of hospital visits we have taken you to I’ve lost count but the last few you have taken yourself (proud of you big boy) 👏. You make me very proud of the young man you are today , enjoy being in the last year of your teens! Love you Noah HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🥳

Today I shared a new experience with my son Noah! I’m so proud of him an all he’s been through so far in his life. He’s learned a few lessons in life one of those is something no child should have to go through at a young age (loosing a father). His strength an ability to get up an face challenges everyday is truly something that shows who he really is. A strong ,resilient young lad that still holds his head up when life throws everything at him. Today I’m proud of what he accomplished an felt in doing his first ever ice bath & sauna an did it with me (still likes to hang with me) most people won’t challenge or try new things but you my son well done superstar Noah! I love you more than anything #motherandson #proudmum #icebaththerapy #icebathexperience #saunalove #togetherwestandstrong #myboy #experiencenewthings #icebathbuddies #lovemysonsomuch
