The Carter family faced news no family ever wants to hear—a liver cancer diagnosis for their child. What followed was a journey filled with unimaginable challenges: cancer, an organ transplant, and many days and nights living in a hospital.

But they didn’t face it alone.

The community rallied around Noelle with cards, gifts, donations, and an outpouring of love. #NoeStrong became a symbol of hope and unity, showing just how powerful support can be.

And their story didn't just inspire a community — it helped inspire the Laughs 4 Life Smile Room at Children's of Mississippi, a space designed to bring light and joy to children fighting the same battle.

Pediatric cancer is incredibly tough—but moments of joy can make all the difference.

Watch this video to hear Noelle's story and how the community came together in love. If you’d like to give in her honor and help bring smiles to other children, visit Laughs4Life.com
