“You never know what’s around the corner.”

Two years ago, I flew @thankfulshawty to NYC for a visit. We weren’t thinking about having a baby (yet), I wasn’t thinking about moving back to LA, and we weren’t thinking about what the next few years might look like...

Two years later, we’re back in Crown Heights with Lucy, for a campaign, sitting together and talking about how running has impacted our relationship, parenting, and life together.

I don’t question God’s timing today… but I love putting myself in a position to be surprised.

I’m grateful for this life, the perspective shift, and for #NYC, always.

On behalf of the @wellconnectednyc family I just want to give a big shoutout to our extended family over at @wilson @wilsonfootball for putting together an awesome day of two hand touch football. Made me and the fella’s feel like kids again even though in the morning I’m sure reality will set back in. 😂🤣😂🤣

Ps. 30 yrs old but I still got the cannon on me 🤫💥🔫
