Winter is the season the entrepreneurial world rarely honors, but that is quietly essential. After the harvest, comes integration: reflecting on what it took, what you learned, what you’d do again, and what you’d release. Our Winter Connection Hosts are holding space for exactly that kind of stillness at the VTW Summit on June 3rd. 🎟️ link in bio or at https://bit.ly/2026vtwsummit

We're a little over one month away from NAMI Vermont's biggest event of the year on Saturday, May 16th, 2026! Join peers, families, and advocates at Centennial Field as we walk to break down stigma surrounding mental health conditions and raise awareness about the free mental health services NAMI Vermont provides across the state. Whether you're walking, fundraising, or attending to learn more about us, your presence matters! 💚

On the day of the Walk, participants can look forward to a Silent Auction, a live band 🎶, food trucks, a children's area, Vermont authors, and of course, the Walk itself! This event creates a festive atmosphere and a safe space, with individuals who understand, through lived experience, the challenges of living with mental health conditions.

Looking to connect with more organizations and resources? Check out all the vendors who will join us on the day of the Walk!

Interested in joining the Walk as a vendor? Contact events@namivt.org. We ask that everyone who plans to attend our event RSVP at namiwalks.org/vermont. We hope to see you there!

Today, Mollie and Julie hosted a Queen City Masterclass for the books! 📚

These pros are passionate about increasing each member’s return on investment, which means they dove into topics that will help them make more money 💰

Topics included:
💸 how to make the most out of your 121s
💸 how to present your feature with education and ask
💸 how to pitch like your business depends on it (cause it does!)

Just one of the ways Queen City members look out for each other, thank you Julie and Mollie for this awesome class!

“I knew I would feel stronger and more confident if I wore your earrings... and I did! It’s not a little thing. When I put on your jewelry I feel more like myself and I feel like people instantly understand something about me when they see me in them.” Love this! Thank you @_oggi__be_ ❤️

Happy Birthday Christine 🎂❤️🎁

I remember when you were little, I pretended you were my baby and always wanted you with me. Fast forward 42 years and I get to watch you with mine. May you get more than you wish for this year and always. I’ve always been proud of the person you are and strive to be and you deserve all the good stuff life has to offer. I love you and I can’t wait to see you next week.

Please join us in welcoming our newest Queen City BNI partner, @oggibealiveandwild!

When asked what she wants folks to know about her business, Christine Badalamenti Smith said:

I am a yoga therapist and rewilding guide, with a dash of environmental advocate, and writer.

My mission is to help people feel at home, alive, and powerful in their bodies and in the natural world. I’ve found that people who feel whole, safe, and empowered are better stewards of their lives and our planet.

I founded OGGI BE to offer services and resources and convene a collective of people who want to be present, authentic, and intentional in their lives. Clients come to me for healing, change, alignment, and deep connection to self and purpose.

I support their mental health and well-being with yoga therapy (not a yoga class) and mindful connection to nature – I consider it wellness from the inside to the outdoors!

We are so excited to learn more about your impact, Christine! ♥️
