Don’t feed the plants… but DO come support our Gators🐊!

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS opened last night at the @hipptheatre, and we’re thrilled to have FOUR UF BFA Musical Theatre artists in the company!

Returning to Gainesville are alumni @valerietr47 as Audrey and @taylordion.t as one of the iconic Urchins!

Valerie recently appeared in the Broadway revival of CAMELOT, where she was a swing and understudied Guenevere (Phillipa Soo), while Taylor has been performing around the world with Disney Cruise Lines, including as Shuri (Black Panther), understudying Princess Tiana, and as a featured dancer in “Pridelands: Feast of the Lion King”!

Joining Taylor to complete the Urchin trio are current BFA Musical Theatre sophomores @rachtoledano and @_olivia232. Thanks to Olivia for putting together this awesome graphic!

And making this collaboration even sweeter, the production is directed by our very own MT faculty superstar Tony Ramirez-Mata!

We love seeing our alumni return to Gainesville and share the stage with the next generation of UF Musical Theatre artists. Congratulations to the entire company! LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS runs through November 1st at the Hippodrome Theatre.

SOPHOMORE YEAR IS OVER!! I'm so thankful to all of my friends for laughing with me, crying with me, hearing all my bullshit, stay up late playing video games with me, going to the gym with me and anything else I did this year. Halfway done with college, still doesn't feel real yet. Stay tuned for an international post later this summer👀👀👀
