September was a long one, my cat had eye surgery, I realized one of my supplements was ruining my life, I ate too much sushi and made pumpkin pie for @ladymandragora33 and I felt like I was annoying everyone all month long—I know I wasn’t actually but that’s what therapy is for right? Despite it all, I saw Chelsea Wolfe for the first time, somehow managed to still laugh a lot and write a little, called @oldgodsfavoriteprincess too many times—I even read the new @ophallic book and it became one of my fav reads of the year. Life is weird, but I can still celebrate the good right?

And how can I not celebrate that @freakonaleashfest is happening once again and I can’t wait to share my vampire alysmond with you all 😈

Rounding out September with another #Tacoma focused episode because sitting down with @_pagesandpints is long over due, we recap how majority ownership choices at #e9 @e9brewingco impacted and continues to impact its staff and the community, Cecelia being one if the first to make a game plan to show love and support for those hurt most by the out of touch. When shes isnt serving up customers at @oddotterbrewing she is spreading the love of #beer and #books to the pacific northwest and beyond! #cheers

Grit and Grain and Pages and Pints

We’re keeping it Odd for one more week with local beer-fluencer, event organizer, and bartender Cecelia Grogan!

When she’s not serving up your Odd Otter pints, Cecelia is curating some of the best local beer-focused content you can find on Instagram. While doing stints at some of our favorite local craft beer spots, she leveled up her understanding of algorithms, trends, and content creation. These days she uses her platform to help beer businesses thrive and highlight local spots she loves.

Tune in to get to know our favorite book and beer nerd, get some hints on leveling up your own social media game, and catch a few details on her book club events around Tacoma. Be sure to follow @_pagesandpints and @pagesandpintsevents
