DAY 22/100 🦍🔥

Motivation comes and goes, but discipline is what keeps you showing up.

100 Navy Seal Burpees. Every single day. For 100 days.

Some days the body is tired, some days the mind isn’t in it, but the mission doesn’t change. 💯

This challenge is bigger than physical strength. It’s about mental toughness, consistency, and keeping the promises you make to yourself.

22 days down. 78 to go. No shortcuts. No excuses. JUST WORK. ⚒️

Built for Strength. Engineered for Endurance. ⚡️

Shoutout to @forgeoptimizedfitness @gstatemanagementllc 👊🏾🦾

I came into this workout not knowing what to do. I was feeling sluggish after a 5k run, but my team @_parkcentral motivated me and this is exactly the type of work we create🙏🏽. This is just something we do on Tuesdays, and if you want this work, come get it. You see the results✅

How many sets? Til Failure
1 Set =
12 Tire Flips
60 Toe Taps
10 Pulls
15 Dips
100 Curls 💪🏽💪🏽
