“The most important step a person can take. It’s not the first one, is it?
It’s the next one. Always the next step…”
-Oathbringer

I’m thankful for all the people I’ve met and the experiences I’ve had over the years. I think it’s important to notice the change that happens not only in the world and in life, but in ourselves.

I think about this idea I came across a while ago about our perception and belief about change in ourselves. How much do you think you will change over the next few months, over the next year, over the next five years?

Does your forecasted change match how much change has happened in the past year or so? I think most of us underestimate our ability to grow and change but the proof of our capabilities is laid bare in our own experiences.

I know I have changed at an incredible rate over the past few years, and in different ways. I choose to be excited about the change to come, but it’s also ok to be scared and I am also a little scared. So try to choose to think about all the great ways in which you can change.

Love
