After two years on Sunrise, my time as a host has come to an end and I’m leaving with nothing but gratitude.

Grateful for the early mornings.
Grateful for the conversations.
Grateful for the hosts, producers, crew (so many missing from these slides), my INCREDIBLE stylist who made me feel like a million bucks week after week @syntycheclarke … staff and our amazing VIEWERS that made showing up each week such a joy.

I loved it. Truly.

And also… if you know me, you know this rhythm.

Every now and then, something in me gets curious again. Not dissatisfied. Not ungrateful. Just curious.

To some, it might look like quitting but to me, it feels like listening. Like answering that quiet inner nudge that says, “There’s something else to explore.”

This is the life of a multipotentialite (look it up 😂) someone who loves deeply, commits fully and still knows when it’s time to pivot. Believe it or not, it takes a lot of courage to live this way. It’s not always neat or linear and it’s definitely NOT for everyone (in fact 5/10 recommend 😂)

But it’s honest. And it’s mine.

So…let’s see what’s next. I’m curious, open and ready for my next adventure. 🤍
