The response to our founding memberships has been incredible (thank you so much) —

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS: PART 1

Introducing @paulates 🩰

“I’m Paula, a Reformer Pilates Instructor, Registered Mental Health Nurse, and someone who believes deeply in the power of movement to heal from the inside out

When I discovered Reformer Pilates it was the first time I moved in a way that felt connected, empowering, and actually enjoyable. I fell in love with how it made my body feel stronger and calmer. I left each class feeling reset, reconnected and more present, and over time, I knew I wanted to help others feel that too

That love and passion for pilates is what led me here - to this new chapter, where I get to blend my background in mental health with my love for mindful movement

My class space is all about soft strength, intentional breath, and coming home to yourself through movement that supports your whole being

I can’t wait to meet you on the Refomer! 🤍”

If you’ve been lucky enough to try one of Paula’s classes tell us what you think in the comments 👇🏼

The girls from @girlswhowalksheffield joined us for their monthly social — and this time, it was all about reformer, refreshments & real talk 🫶🏼

They moved, they sipped, they connected 💬✨
A full-body burn with a post-class catch-up (and smoothies, of course 🍓)

Fancy planning your own private class? Drop us a message 💌
