3 Month turn around here, cruise mode.

Food hasn’t been perfect by any means, BUT, training intensity is the precursor to illicit any form of progress, without this, food at 100% is near dam is useless, and Josh has bags of training intensity, something you can’t really teach, you either “have it”, Or you don’t.

A decent reverse phase, we can soon look to offseason once this little pull back is done 👏

Progress being made, every day is an opportunity, progression towards that goal 💳 🫡

The offseason hasn’t even started yet, this progress merely by rebounding fairly well, and the crazier part……? TRT 😝😝

Ye ye different poses, blah blah blah.

But a clear example on how to rebound effectively, the body simply becomes a human sponge 🧽 to food post stage, and if you navigate through well, substantial results can be earned.

Here we’re on the limit for now, we’ll hold, navigate cruise/ health phase, then set up for a productive offseason

Proud Posing Coach today with client Josh @_peakformperformance taking 2nd in a stacked Men’s Physique class at PCA Coventry 🏆🔥

Having last competed 10 years ago Josh was rusty on posing but within a couple sessions he was flowing like a Pro.
As you can see in the video the finished product was clean and flowed really well 🌊

Josh is such a great athlete and to be able to pose him is a privilege.
Here’s to many more trophies brother! 🏆👏🏽
