If you want to be consistent in fitness, business, or anything in life, surround yourself with people who are already living that lifestyle or chasing the same goals.

My brother Peter is a perfect example of this. A man who has always been passionate about fitness. Life happened, sickness came, he lost his size and strength, but look at him now. Built back. Stronger. Still showing up. 💪🏾🔥
