What a year it’s been 💜 From first classes to familiar faces, new beginnings to quiet moments of rest, 2025 has been full of growth, connection, and so much gratitude. Thank you to every single person who stepped onto a mat, shared a smile, trusted me with their practice, or supported ASY in any way. This studio is what it is because of you ✨ Here’s a little look back at the year that was — and I can’t wait to see what we build together next! 🙏🏻 #AbbiSantoshaYoga #YearInReview #YogaStudioLife #YogaCommunityUK #NorthallertonYoga #YogaInNorthallerton #NorthallertonLife #NorthYorkshireYoga #YorkshireWellness #SmallStudioBigHeart #GratefulHeart #YogaJourney #LocalYogaStudio #YogaTeacherLife #MindfulMovement #WellnessJourney

After a recent purchase of her first Liv bike Phillipa tells use a little bit more about her cycling journey and what brought her to Liv. "As a swimmer and runner, I picked up cycling last year just so I could complete my first half Ironman. I was super scared for the bike leg- I wasn’t confident at all, and my biggest worry was that I wouldn’t make the bike cut off. After lots of hours in the saddle building my confidence, I smashed my bike leg in my half ironman in just over 3 hours. I am so grateful for the people I have met along the way and the places I have been able to explore. I’ve been craving a bigger challenge, so I’ve now signed up for my first full Ironman in August 2026! After training on a second-hand bike that didn’t fit me properly, I knew I needed something that was designed for me in order to complete my first ironman. That’s what drew me to Liv. Bikes made specifically for women are still surprisingly rare, and with Clair’s help I was able to find a bike that felt like the perfect match. My Avail is super comfortable on long rides, so light, and most importantly, it gives me confidence every time I ride. Balancing a full-time medical degree, part-time job, student life, with Ironman training can be intense, but my Avail is always ready the moment I get a spare hour. It’s become a great escape, and my favourite way to unwind. The promise of sunny summer rides is definitely keeping me going! I’m so excited to race on my Avail in 2026, and I’ve got plenty of exciting events leading up to it." #livcycling #livcyclinguk #bikeshop #womenscycling #girlsonbikes #bikeshop #york #yorkshirecycling #livcommitted #shoplocal #everydaycycling #betterbybike #ridelikeagirl #cycling #lovewhatyoudo #allweathersport #ironman #weekendrides #sunnydaysarecoming #triathlontraining @sixty8.cc @_philthefish

a love letter to summer cycling because i’m sick of numb hands and feet literally would do anything to bonk on the side of a road at 7pm and use the thought of beer garden pints to motivate me home right now (p.s c2c was one of the hardest things i’ve ever done but so keen to do it all over again #hartsideoutthesaddle)

🌟hey! it’s been a while… forced myself to pretty much give my knee a rest after the race, so 3 weeks off cycling, no running & a lot of swimming instead… it’s finally feeling ok enough to start training again! 🌟the plan is to take the next 3 months as a way to build my fitness and my strength. i’m aiming for 3-4 rides a week, and 3 swims a week. no running until january. 🌟rehab & strength will be taken SERIOUSLY and then when the new year comes around, my knee will hopefully be strong enough to begin running but from total scratch (a very scary feeling but will be worth it in the long term). 🌟so for now i’m focusing on just enjoying training, whilst getting stronger on the bike and in the pool. i’m going to keep posting as it’s actually quite good motivation to see my progress especially in the midst of injury blues.
