I finally made the dairy free corn ice cream I’ve been dreaming about. 🌽🍦

It reminded me that it’s okay to create things simply because you want to. Curiosity deserves to be followed, and joy doesn’t have to justify itself.

Here’s your reminder to make the recipe you’ve been thinking about.

Rooted Remedy isn’t just another oil, it’s a ritual for your scalp!! & you know I love a ritual ✨🙂.

Formulated with ingredients that actually do something:
Rosemary oil helps stimulate growth by boosting scalp circulation (yes, studies compare it to minoxidil 👀), while peppermint oil brings that cooling tingle that signals blood flow and follicle activation. Tea tree keeps things clean and balanced, clearing buildup so your scalp can breathe again.

Then come the nourishers (castor, almond, and grapeseed oils) rich in fatty acids + vitamin E to strengthen, hydrate, and add that natural glow without weighing your hair down. And fenugreek? A quiet powerhouse known for supporting density and reducing shedding over time.

What you’ll notice:Less hair left behind on wash daysStronger, softer, shinier strandsNew growth where you’ve been waiting for itFuller, more alive texture overall

It starts with a tingle… and turns into transformation. Consistent care = real results 💁🏽‍♀️

I grabbed my bottle from @dr.peacelily 🧡

All roads, no matter how winding, can lead us home.

Last year I promised myself I’d grow more herbs and veggies. I missed out on yarrow seeds, but knew in my heart I’d find a seedling this season. Even when my usual garden switched things up, I trusted the path would open — and it did.

Life doesn’t always make sense, but I believe in the unseen. In quiet guidance. In the way what’s meant for me always circles back, no matter how many turns it takes.

I am guided.
I am cared for.
I am always being led exactly where I’m meant to be.

Chalkboard easels are cute—but $80? Not so much.

Instead of paying full price, I tapped into my community and found this secondhand gem for just $10. Gave it a little love, a coat of leftover green paint, and now it fits my space perfectly.

Prices might be going up, but with a little creativity (and good people around you), we don’t always have to spend more to get what we need.

Revamp > replace. Always.

Have you scored a great secondhand find lately?

I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember—drawing since I could hold a pencil, painting since I was 8, and capturing the world through a camera, first with film making my prints in a darkroom, then digitally. I explored bookbinding, made literary journals with my photos/stories, and later taught myself videography to share my love for healing foods and recipes.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: my love for art and storytelling.

Now, I’m honored to be a part of Giving Life, an art show celebrating emerging women artists. I am emerging! 🧡

My work in this show reflects how plants are alive. How they nourish, heal, and remind us how deeply we are connected to nature and each other.

This moment feels like a full circle, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Grateful for a great life and the people I live it with. Grateful for the love and support to do the things that bring us joy, and do them all together all at once. Plantiful Feast Vegan Thanksgiving was a success. I curated the space, as I like to do. Jackie sold out of food and filled 10 pie preorders, Cashly turnt us UP and Angelica made sure everyone had what we needed. This is my team, we do things our way, and we love on each other like our lives depend on it. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours — use today to muse about what you can build together. 🍂
