new space reveal 💫

i have dreamt about creating a clean, calm and peaceful space for my clients + here it is..

with less than two weeks to get it done in between clients… im incredibly happy with how it’s turned out, it’s perfect for me and my girls🥹

6 months ago, I reopened the business to what you see today in RoomPop.

Prior to that the business had been closed for 4 months with no goal to ever reopen again. I was going through my own life struggles, like everyone else does but I had let it consume me. There’s vulnerability in this post that I was mentally struggling a lot - where I kinda just shut away from people, didn’t wanna see or speak to anyone & was a bit embarrassed to be completely honest.

It went from that to being pulled out the house by 2 friends, where the mindset started to appear to reopen the business, something I had always taken pride in & from that, came RoomPop.

From being in that mindset, I could never have imagined that 6 months after reopening, the business would be in the position it’s in. From record revenue, to article being published, sponsoring an award for the best hotel. Finishing 6th for the best event decor business in the uk, to dressing 38 rooms over 2 days for valentines. Hitting over 1Mill likes & gaining 500k views per month. Becoming approved suppliers for some of the top hotels in the UK along with building connections with some inspiring people & more importantly, becoming a better version of me in the process.

Still plenty of bad moments within that time & there will be plenty more to come, but that’s just what they are now, moments.

The hidden message in here is to anyone struggling or anyone feeling stuck in a rut, that time is on your side. Whether it’s 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, there is light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can’t see it yet or don’t want to cause that’s part of the battle too.

Massive thanks to all our clients, because without you, it wouldn’t be possible.

Anyway, it's the start of a new year 🙌🏻 and there has been LOADS of exciting things happening behind the scenes for the salon 👀

First being (one of) my new logos 😍

I can't thank @logodesignbypaige_ enough for all the help with my new design! She totally hit the brief, was fab to work alongside and i can't wait for you all to see the new pricelists/vouchers etc we were working on 👌🏻
