Group runs Tuesday through Friday this week. Mornings are cool and calm, then we usually get coffee and chat for a bit at Lemon’s cafe. The sunsets have been impeccable lately, we jog over to the river to get the best view. We love to explore the city and stop along the way for cool pics or play like a kid. Running and listening to people’s stories and what they have going on in life is really the best part. If you’ve been thinking about coming out - this is the perfect week to lace up them shoes 👟

This past week I turned 32 years old! And this one was for the books! From going to both Anthem Nights concerts where one landed on my actual birthday (July 31), to having dinner with friends, and playing virtual reality games, it was a good time! A lot happened during year 31 that I am so grateful for, made new friends, got in better shape, and got closer to God! So thank you Lord for allowing me to make it to another year! #32birthday

These are really special to me because one of my favorite people trusted me with her vision and put me in her first solo exhibition. It’s important to me, as a woman, to be seen as soft and understood as gentle. @bigdaddyhazel thank you for capturing the softest side of me and allowing me to be my raw self with you always. The show was teardrops on your lens but baby you had my tears flowing for these photos. Still so in love 🩶🩷🤎.

i have no other words but THANK YOU! my first solo exhibition has been well received & it's not over yet. thankful for all the congratulations, the "i'm proud of you", the "you did your big one". i'm thankful for the support from around the country. all the challenges, tears, feelings, $$$ & growth were worth it!
