People see the milestone.

What they don’t see are the years it took to honor a simple standard: that healthcare should feel like holding the door, and that dignity is a right.

I’ve stayed late, taken risks, and carried weight most people never see; but not for recognition, rather for the people and communities who trusted me long before the world ever learned my name.

Every life we’ve touched, every story shared, every device that gave someone hope. That’s the real measure of this work. That’s what taught me who I needed to become.

Being named to @forbesunder30 list is an honor, but the truth is quieter: this moment exists because thousands of people let @_projectembrace into their lives.

They’re the reason I kept going, and the reason the light never went out.

The standard is simple and the commitment is lifelong.

🌞🤟🏽🖤

Lately, I’ve been quiet.

Not because I had nothing to say - but because I didn’t know how to say it without fear getting in the way.

There’ve been late nights with too many thoughts and not enough language. Hard conversations with loved ones where I couldn’t get the words out. Moments I felt disconnected from myself, scared to be seen.

Moments were I felt scared that what I believed might not be understood, judged, or worse, dismissed.

But here’s what I had to remember:
I didn’t build @_projectembrace because I knew how.
I didn’t start it because I wanted to run a business.
I started because I was tired of watching people go without.

I saw a problem over and over, and I couldn’t unsee it.

And in a moment that mattered, speaking up felt easier than staying silent.

I never had the perfect plan. I just had the audacity to care.

And I’m choosing that again now.
To show up. To speak.
To open up the notebooks and thoughts I’ve been holding close, and share what’s been shaping me behind the scenes.

This isn’t just about medical devices.
This is about dignity.
This is about believing that care is about being human, accessible, and without shame.

And that even when you’re unsure, it’s still worth saying something. Because sometimes the most radical thing you can do is to be fully yourself, and keep going anyway.

More coming up. But for now? I’m grateful you’re here. And I’m finally ready to let you in 🖤
