✨ What an amazing experience yesterday at the Shape Up by Bri pop-up at PWRFORM Naples! ✨

The vibes were incredible, and from the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. @_pwrform is truly a family centered gym with an amazing community, and it was such a pleasure to take care of their members. Seeing everyone leave happy, feeling better, and grateful for the opportunity to prioritize their recovery made the experience even more special. I also had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing people! ❤️ A huge thank you to Claudia and Michell for welcoming me and allowing me to bring Shape Up by Bri to their members. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to be back for the next one!

You all make every late night and early morning worth it!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, we truly wouldn’t be here without you!!

Feeling so blessed for our community, and the opportunity to open up this space. Thank you for your patience as we build and put things in place, thank you for your understanding as we learn, thank you for your feedback that helps us improve and thank you for the incredible energy you bring to each and every training session!! We look forward to continue growing together. 💪🏽❤️‍🔥

It’s only been 2 months of changes and transitions. I have been MIA on socials soaking it all in, working A LOT, getting things ready and honestly just being present. Holidays are coming soon and I can’t help but be so GRATEFUL for the last few months.

Special shout out to our MVP @teetimemich for helping bring this place to LIFE in such a short time from planning to execution and building every corner and piece of equipment by hand.

So much is in store that we are so excited about!! Again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! This is truly only the beginning… we can’t wait to continue providing you with the best training experience!

Wellness is always in style. 💚 Two crews, one community: @elitetraining_club 🤝 @_pwrform

Because half of y'all spent the weekend ordering "24 Carrots," the soundtrack picked itself. 🥕✨🙂‍↕️

Back-to-back HYROX runs with @elitetraining_club FTM (Saturday) and @_pwrform Naples (Sunday). Nothing beets 🤭 watching two communities leave everything on the turf, and getting to hand them ice-cold recovery boosts.

Glowing Xochitl, our carrot-based signature drink, definitely took the crown this weekend 👑🥕

Massive shoutout to the coaches and founders for bringing us in to fuel their crew, and thank you to every athlete who showed love at the cart.

Proud to be in y'alls corner 🫡👊

Beyond thankful for all the love and support. 🙏🙌💚
